Any general donation you make whether £1 or £100,000 will be invested in our Small Grants Endowment Fund. Your donation will be pooled with other donations to build up this permanent pot of funding.

The way it works is that we skim off the interest gained on the total of the whole fund and give this away throughout the year in small grants up to £1000. The aim is to help voluntary and community groups and projects to tackle disadvantage right now but also in generations to come.
You can see in the History of Community Foundations that the worlds oldest Community Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio launched in 1914 have a permanent endowment of $1.9 billion in assets! We have great aspirations in Buckinghamshire!
